Hello, so last sunday 17 Feb 2019 i cameback to pandawow since 2017. i wanted to delete some of my old characters to re-create them, so i sent all the gold in those characters to my main one by in-game mail. it was a lot of gold (around 600k gold) but when i joined the char i sent gold to, i received nothing. i checked the name before sending the gold even if it's so simple. when i asked on the discord channel, people told me that it takes time, but it's been 4 days now and still nothing in the mail. it was hard earned money and i really need it. i can provide all the info needed since i didn't delete the chars i sent gold from.
