yeah, apparently what caused the issue was the raid leader having Loot table on "Epic only"

Hello, i was doing Terrace of Endless Springs for the quest [Fear Itself] where u have to obtain [Chimera Of Fear] from Sha of Fear, and after we killed him he didn't drop anything, nor the item for the quest, and i wasn't the only one who didn't get it, the whole raid group didn't get the item, heres the screenshot https://ibb.co/4Thbq2Q
