Greetings,
Recently I've purchased an heirloom that I was trying to send to my other character. I was sending the mail from "Shade" (cloth user, purchased plate ((shoulder)) heirloom) to "Female" (plate user). However, when I tried to mail the item, I couldn't and it said that it was soulbound. I don't understand how that is, since heirlooms are supposed to be account bound.
I was wondering if I could get the shoulders added to my character or just the justice points so I could buy new ones.
