Hello, I would like to report a problem that I had and would like a refund of credits regarding the page I bought a set of objects for 200 credits, the name of the set is "Магматические латы" which in English means "Magma Plated Battlearmor". The thing is that when I enter the game, I find that they gave me the blue set (that set I had it for a long time ...) which I expected to be given the red as described by the product, I investigated in wowhead and such And I assumed that I would have to have the red set ... I hope you help me with this, I really feel quite frustrated and disappointed about it. And sorry for my writing in English, I'm Spanish.

I paid for bonus on the website, and the PaymentWall was OK with my Visa on 30/07/2015. As of 04/08/2015, I still have not received the bonus points that I bought. When will I receive my points? Thank you :) -

Hello, Today i buyed bonuses by the mobile phone , i have send the sms with all the things they said and with my user, my money was taken but no sms or bonuses in my account, i have done the sms two times, and nothing so i spend 2,46 for nothing :c. Try to fix me problem please, i love this realm and i dont want to leave beacause of this. Thanks for the hard working

Hello, I have to buy for 1.5€ 56 bonuses... They never rise given... An error message, " the system does not work for the moment " a thing(trick) of the kind(genre)... I would like to get back them... I am french. Best Regards, Sylvain
