I did http://www.db.pandawow.me?quest=26703/bloodsails-end quest and when i talked to Baron Revilgaz i couldnt choose the reward, only finish so i didn't get http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=61630/booty-bay-pantaloons and that the only way to get it.
