    Stormstrike

    1. Name of not working spell. - Stormstrike http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=17364 2. Description of the problem. - Sometimes Stormstrike when the attack is triggered it will not register the attack. It will only register only one hand of the attack like stormstrike off-hand (sometimes both hands don't register It just puts up the debuff with no damage at all), the main hand will be missing and vice versa. (this bug only happens in pvp though, also i noticed that stormstrike off-hand attack is never dodged, block or parried in dps meter) so i dont think they are two separate attacks like in the wowhead link it has stormstrike main hand and off hand effect #1 and 2. http://imgur.com/d0JotvN notice in the imgur there are no counts of stormstrike off-hand and the combat log shows just stormstrike. In http://imgur.com/a/Jh4Kl the counts of stormstrike main hand and off hand are 4 to 1 which should never happen they should always be equal. 3.How it must work. They should be two separate attacks. Right now i think if one is dodged blocked or parried or something the other doesn't work. Even in some situations the offhand doesn't even register even if main hand hits or not 4.Date when you tested it. August 28, 2016 5.Realm (x100) 6.Priority of the problem. (8)

Tested on the FUN server to the date 09.10.2014 Spell name: http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=60103/lava-lash How it is bugged: The ability does approximately 10% less damage than it should, from a last test (see below) it's clear that http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=77223 isn't scaling properly. How it should work: As the tooltip says, 300% off-hand weapon damage, that's increased by 40% thanks to Flametongue Weapon, by Enhancement mastery http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=77223, by 100% thanks to 5 stacks of Searing Flames and finally by 7% for Flametongue Weapon. Priority 10/10, as it's the main source of damage for enhancement shamans, alongside http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=117014/elemental-blast#comments, when outside burst. Calculation and proof: Average weapon damage with http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=102600/prideful-gladiators-cleaver: 5'480.8 x 2.6= 14'250.08 DPS (calculated with AP): 35'023/14= 2'501.642 Normalization (http://www.wowwiki.com/Normalization): 2'501.642 x 2.4= 6'003.94 Lava Lash formula application (off-hand weapon damage penalty is 50%): ((6'003.94 + 14'250.08)x3)/2= 30'381.031 Damage modifiers application: Flametongue Weapon -> 30'381.031 x 1.4= 42'533.442 http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=77223 -> 42'533.442 x 1.555= 66'139.5 5 stacks of Searing Flames -> 66'139.5 x 2= 132'279.004 7% bonus of Flametongue Weapon -> 132'279.004 x 1.07= 141'538.534 Average Lava Lash damage calculated: 141'538 Average Lava Lash damage tested: 126'199 Damage difference= 10.83% Testing screens: [ATTACH=CONFIG]58880[/ATTACH] [ATTACH=CONFIG]58879[/ATTACH] Additionally, I tested another time out of curiosity, to check http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=77223 scaling and I found out that's there is something wrong, as you can see in this screen: [ATTACH=CONFIG]58921[/ATTACH] With 66% mastery (and a bit more AP than before), the average damage of http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=60103/lava-lash doesn't increase for the right amount, that is ~10%. In fact the damage increase is for about 3%, instead of 10%! Ps: Some spells haven't the link to Wowhead as in the new expansion Warlords of Draenor they have been deleted from the game.

When I use http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=117014 with five stacks of http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=51530 i hit for 50k but, when i did it in the same conditions but just adding the extra nature damage of http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=17364 and unleashing elements with http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=73680 and the off-hand enchanted with http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=8024 i still hitting for 50k. Proofs: http://es.tinypic.com/r/11jx0n7/8 , http://es.tinypic.com/r/2d0gu44/8 , http://es.tinypic.com/r/t85e04/8 , http://es.tinypic.com/r/30jsqis/8 , http://es.tinypic.com/r/298yyv/8 3. According with the descriptions of http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=117014 , http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=17364 , http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=8024 and http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=73680 the spell http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=117014 should hit and make more damage than without any of those other spells previously named. More or less if I hit 50k without any other spell, it should hit nearly 120k and 200k with a critical strike. (You can see it in this video in the minute 25:52 ) 4. Tested 09-03-2014 5.   4. 1. Name of not working glyph. Glyph of Healing Storm 2. Description of the problem. The glyph is not increasing healing per maelstrom stack by 20% per stack. instead it is just increasing by 20% no matter the amount of stacks. 3.How it must work. Each application of Maelstrom Weapon also increases your direct healing done by 20%.   5. First of all, I want to apologize for the grammatical errors you may find, because english isn't my mother tongue. I decided to write this thread because I'm tired of the situation of enhancement shaman and as well as other few specs, that are completely unplayable at least in PvP(demonology, windwalker, to name a few). With this thread I want to illustrate the enhancement bugs on detail, hoping the staff will fix them as soon as possible, because is a pity such a beautiful and fun spec should be as broken as it is at the moment. So, here are the bugs: 1) http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=8232/windfury-weapon: this ability is the signature spell of the enha spec since vanilla and here is completely broken: despite what's is written on the 10th and 11th changelog, it's still bugged. The bonus attack power is not added to the extra 3 attacks (the last ones are equal to white damage), resulting in an important dps loss vs cloth and leather classes. Plus, if you cast Windfury over a two handed weapon, it won't proc at all. PS: I noticed that if you imbue your off-hand with Windfury instead of your main-hand, the damage seems better, but it's still lower than it should be. 2)http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=77657: this passive ability is even more crucial for enha than windfury. The problem with this ability is that the stacks are generated upon searing totem bolts hits, but the damage of Lava lash is not increased. For every stack of searing flames, the damage should be increased by 20%, for a total of 100% increased damage. In my opinion this ability should be on high priority, because almost all the damage outside burst for enha comes from Lava lash, and right now, it hits like a wet noodle. PS: The stacks are generated for resto and ele specs too, isn't that important, but it's still a bug. 3)http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=51530 : this is far more important to be addressed for than every other bugged ability, because on this one lies the survivability of the entire spec. The problem with it is that the proc chance is lower than it should be. In a duel or so, in like 1 minute fights you will hardly get all the 5 stacks you need to heal yourself, or to deal damage with elemental blast. The stacks are hard to get even if you reforge full haste. I didn't find any reliable source to what the proc rate should be, although on Wowwiki, it's shown that should be around 25 ppm while dual-wielding http://www.wowwiki.com/Maelstrom_Weapon 4)http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=114049: enha most reliable thing to carry in PvP in Mysts of Pandaria is broken, yes. I don't know for sure what's the matter, but the thing for sure is that http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=115356/stormblast#modifies damage and auto-attacks damage (http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=114089/wind-lash#triggered-by and http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=114093/wind-lash-off-hand) are lower than it should be. To test out these claims, you can compare enha's Ascendance auto-attacks damage to the damage of rogue's Shadow blades ones. In fact the damage seems equal here, but it shouldn't be like that, for two reasons: 1) shamans equip 2 slow weapons of 2.6 speed, while rogues have 1.8 speed daggers, this means shamans auto-attacks should do more damage per swing than rogue's (attention: we are talking about auto-attacks while in Shadow blades http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=121471/shadow-blades and Ascendance, so armor is ignored!) 2) shamans have mastery that increases all the frost, fire and nature damage dealt, http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=77223, and, seeing that auto-attacks in Ascendance deal pure nature damage, they should benefit from mastery! As seen above therefore, enha's auto-attacks in Ascendance shouldn't be doing less or equal damage to rogue's ones in Shadow blades. (on equal gear, obviously; plus if the rogue is sublety, http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=79147/sanguinary-vein isn't enough to overcome the two factors I depicted above. (Enhancement mastery scales extremely well, in Tyrannical gear you will have about 48%-50% mastery)) Then, Stormblast damage too isn't as it should be: on my enha with 510 item level, with Grievous weapons, it hits for 40-45k (over players) and I have 52% mastery. If you do the maths, you will have a Stormblast damage of about 30k without any mastery and this isn't possible, because this last number is the damage dealt by Stormstrike that doesn't ignore any armor! So obviously mastery isn't working as intended! According to all I wrote above, mastery doesn't affect Stormblast and Auto-attacks when in Ascendance, leaving enha without the only thing it had to be proud of in PvP, above all other classes: the burst. I hope this will not be ignored by the staff, for questions or clarifications you can contact me and I will be pleased to answer.
