Im trying to get the title "insane" and for this i have to complete an achivement and the achivement requires exalted in darkmoon... when i decided to go there i realized that the portal does not exist and theres no advise of darkmoon faire on the game calendar... can you help me?

I´ve four friends with The drake of the north wind (mount), they all told me they got it with the first try, and i´ve already ran the dungeon 15 times, and Altairus didnt drop the mount, Can someone tell me why? 15 TIMES!!!
