Я до вайпа рейта собирал маунтов, сейчас зашёл ни персов, ни маунтов. Есть решение с возвратом маунтов?

English: A couple of days ago, I bought a character named "Lynnah" Is a Character of Rein"Fun", which contained 5 donor mounts. After agreeing with the person who is going to sell me the character, I enter the account and can not find the 5 frames that were in the character. I sincerely want help, returning the mounts, because I bought that account with them. I expect answers soon. Spanish: Hace unos par de dias, yo compre un personaje llamado "Lynnah" Es un Personaje de el Reino"Fun", que contenia 5 monturas de la pagina(donor mounts). Luego de quedar de acuerdo con la persona que me iva a vender el personaje, entre a la cuenta y no encuentro las 5 monturas que se hallaban en el personaje. Sinceramente quiero ayuda, devolviendome las monturas, porque compre esa cuenta con las ellas. Espero respuestas pronto.

1:: I completed the green fire questline for my horde warlock Stratxgy and I received no green fire effect in any aspect! I tried to start from the beginning but it wouldn't let me begin from the quest item again. :bo: 2:: I reached 100 mounts on my horde mage Outmageous and didn't receive the Mountain o'Mounts achievement meaning I didn't receive the mount reward which I was aiming to achieve! I tried using the achievement fixer in Dalaran with instruction from GM and this still didn't fix it.. :bomb: 3:: I purchased a item from the online PW store for my alliance mage Outmageøus and when I received it, it said that I cannot use it until I am exalted with the Kirin Tor Offensive faction, this item is the Glorious Standard of the Kirin Tor Offensive. I then found out that when I get exalted I could just purchase it for 11 gold from the vendor :/ My opinion is that this item should be removed from the store when you can pretty much get it for free in-game. Please could I get a refund??? :confused: Help with these situations will be greatly appreciated!!! :heart:

Currently im trying to get my hands on some rare mounts like Reins of the Onyx Cloud Serpent and Flameward Hippogryph, but there are some crucials problems. First for the Onyc cloud serpent, the NPC: ban bearheart, doesn't appear in the game and i can't finalize the quest so i can receive the mount. and in Flameward Hippogryph, when i go to speak with the NPC: Nordu to begin the quest line, when i come near him he slides into inside the mountain and i can't speak with him. Во-первых для облачного змея Onyc, то NPC: запретить bearheart, не появляется в игре, и я не могу завершить квест так что я могу получить гору. и в Flameward гиппогрифа, когда я иду поговорить с NPC: Nordu, чтобы начать квест, когда я пришел рядом с ним, он скользит в внутри горы, и я не могу говорить с ним. The seller of this mounts is not where it has supose to be. He is in the ruined parts of mogu'shan palace and u can't interact with him. Im exalted with golden lottus but anyway I cant do nothing. This only happens in PandaWow x100 (I ddint try it in x10, but I tried in PandaWow for fun, and the npc is where he has soposed to be.) Pls try to fix this, I 'll be very gratefull.
