Quests for MOP bugged, and generally most of the Quests and Questnpcs are not scripte

Nearly all beginner quests at MOP are bugged referring to thei scripting and generally and most of the other WoW Quests are also not scripted and the Quest-NPCS and NPC's neither. Also the Dummies at the beginning are not swinging when hit.
