how to remove socket from wrist and hands i dont have BLACKSMITH

I have problem first i haved BLACKSMITH and Tailoring and i unlearn BS and learn Engineering,how to remove socket on hands and wirst? have extra socket on hands and wirst i dont know how to delete it, pls help cuz i hear that this is bannable and i dont whanna get ban :( sry for english xd
