I was spectating the match and can't understand why you've banned him? Rather than just answering "Declined" to a long post, maybe answer his question on why his account was banned in the first place? Reason he can see in control panel. I think he was looking for a bit more explanation than that. Why are you being so unco-operative? The reason he was given was cheating, yet I watched the entire arena game, and he didn't cheat once.
