Lifebloom should swap all stacks from one target to the current target if the Lifebloom buff has more than 3 seconds left.

This is a pretty important aspect of resto druid, if yosu cant swap lifebloom stacks in 1 gcd your going to get cc'd with 1 lifebloom stack on your team mate, not very helpful.

5.9% of base mana40 yd range
Instant cast
Heals the target for 9315 over 15 sec. When Lifebloom expires or is dispelled, the target is instantly healed for (1+NatP*0.752)*1. This effect can stack up to 3 times on the same target.

Duration refreshed each time you cast Healing Touch, Nourish, or Regrowth on the target.

Lifebloom can be active only on one target at a time, but all applications move to the new target when the target is changed if more than 2 sec duration remains.
