Sanguinary Vein skill is not working at all

Problem: It works Partially. When you engage a player for first time it works. *edit* is not working at all

While in battle if you use Garrote (after vanish) http://www.wowwiki.com/Garrote

or Rupture (http://www.wowwiki.com/Rupture) or Crimson Tempest (http://www.wowwiki.com/Crimson_Tempest) is not working

and makes the Glyph of Hemorrhaging useless (Glyph of Hemorrhaging Veins)

(in training dummies is applied to target every now and then).

 

It seems to have an internal cool down which prohibits to reapply to target. *edit* it never activated.

 

 

Today i made several duels with one of my guild mates and i can confirm that the Sanguinary Vein skill is not working at all.

As you can see in the uploaded photos, during the whole test i didnt got even a single proc of that skill.

Uploaded only 4 of the 13 pics i got. If needed i can upload the rests.

it's not a proc, you just passively deal 35% more dmg to bleeding targets

If there is no proc at all as poison master or Find Weakness does (and you can see in pics), how you know that works?

At effect #2 it says Apply Aura: Proc Trigger Spell (18)

Value: 25

Proc chance: 100%

let me give you a hint - if it didn't work no1 would be playing a class that is missing 26% of it's dmg (100 - 100/135 = ~26)

if you don't see the difference with and w/o it, then just trust me - it works

Debuff from Sanguinary Vein is hidden, thats correct. Check damage with/without Rupture, Garrote and etc, you will see a difference. Declined.
