2. This tier 16 set bonus can be abused in a way to give the hunter 20% damage at all times making it game-breaking

Its done by using bestial wrath and stacking the buff to max then dismissing the pet

The buff will remain until you die, use bestial wrath again,change to pet you got stacks with or cancel it.

3. The buff should be dismissed with the pet.
