Always crits in deep freeze for me.

this is 2 Living Bombs applied on a frozen target one after another (it keeps critting even after freeze expires)

and this is combustion on deep frozen dummy (it didn't even crit the first DOT)

shouldn't they work the same way? If Combustion is Ok, then is LB bugged?

Test on a player because i don't understand how dummies work sometimes their debuffs jsut disappear.
