2. Honestly I think it's not on the fishing table in Wintergrasp. Tried different fishing spots and didn't get it after ~500 casts (it has 4% drop rate according to wowhead)

3. Should be on the fishing table of all inland waters in Wintegrasp with a drop chance of 4%
