Logging in issues (error 132 and error134) convert to battle net account

so for a couple of days when I was trying to sign in my account it wouldn't let me and it would say error 132 or error 134 and say convert to battle net account. I went on forums and saw that to fix these error u had to download or in my case I tried to re download the whole game. so now the problem is I downloaded pandawow 5.4.8 and its still in Russian language even though I replaced the Russian language with the enus config. So I need help with that and also the biggest problem is I tried to log into my account even though I couldn't read Russian and It still seems to say convert to battle net account. I haven't played panda wow in a long time. I need help getting on my characters and changing the language. pls help me
