Is this cheating in Arathi?

Player on roof of lumber mill. Melee basically can't reach attacks, I've tried.

 

Can't find anywhere in google where you can climb on the roof of lumber mill in arathi basin.

I have seen people get banned for 3 days or for 30 days for this.

it's possible to happen if the player have nitro boots enchant from engineering in his/her belt and it's possible to land there with parachute

this happened to me in wotlk expansion 2 or 3 times

actually he used demonic gateway to go in that place

A Druid can go there if hes specced into the Charge Tier and goes into normal form and places a mushroom there,he can use the talent to go there I believe.

 

EDIT:not sure and can't confirm however I can agree with sysx

If you look @ the picture closely He used his Gate to get on the Roof. I don't know if its ban-able because he got there in a Legit way. It depends from the server rules :)

I was looking for legit ways via official blizz servers.

 

I was only getting answers in Stables - you can get to the roof in stables "legit" but blizz GMs still call it exploit. I receive no anwers from Lumber Mill so I guess it's never been done in Lumber Mill official servers
