Now me and my mate tested abit and we found out THAT 1 -> Pyroblast http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=11366 2 -> Your Pyro proc should do 25% more dmg than the normal pyro. Still dont work. 3 -> Normally your "casted" pyros should deal 25% less dmg than ur proc. So your procc SHOULD do 25% more dmg than the hardcasted pyroblasts. 4 -> 08.03.2015 5 -> Fun realm 6 -> 8/10 bcuz alot of player switched to Frostmage cuz fire isnt rly playble atm.
