Strength of Wrynn ICC problem

Hey there, so i did a race change human to pandaren, now im not reciving this buff in icc:

Its annoying to do icc without that buff, what should i do? I did do the "repair character" in control panel but nothing happend so please help.

Still nothing, some GM tried to help me and reset the spells but its not working at all. I still dont get the buff when i enter Icc.
