Cant enter arena

So i got this strange bugg today where i coudlnt enter the arena game after the que popped . like i was spamming enter the arena but it wouldnt let me join it . it happened 4 times (of course i lost rating from this bug) . i even repaired and relog my character but the bugg was there . so i just logged in a different character where everything worked fine . sad part before the bugg appeared i won r1 team . so i lost all the fun i was having :/ . i still dont know how to fix this
