Hi, my name is Thauane and i'm brazillian girl (BR).

I made the Dungeon with a friend today about 21:30 (BR) but when I managed to catch the [Golden Bow of Quel'Thalas] I took disconnect.

The item did not come to my inventory or my mail, please I'm desperate, would be able to look the changelog or something to be able to help me?

I did everything right in time to get the item, the game simply closed and when I returned the item was gone.

I looted that Bow lately too, but i still have it in my bag. That has to be some king of error in your case. I didn't tryed it, but I belive that Legendarys can not be used as Transmogification.

This things happen sadly we can't do anythintg about this try again next week.
