Bugged Spirit of Harmony Vendor!

Well i don't know if i should post this here or http://forum.pandawow.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=203 But meh ill do it here first.

As the title says Spirit of Harmony Vendor is bugged. When you want to buy an item from it It takes x20 Spirit of Harmony's For 1 item which is Stacked or w/e instead of x1 Spirit of Harmony.

~Can this be fixed Asap? Cause i need to give materials to people to make stuff for the guild and players and if i do it meanwhile this bug is not fixed i wont do much :( ~
