Haste is way off - 0,2s too much

1. Haste is not giving the proper cast time reductions.

2. I have 40% haste (40,91%), but my Frostbolt cast takes 1.5 seconds without frost armor and 1.4 seconds with frost armor. This should be 1.2s as the following calculation shows:

 

3.Evidence: 2 seconds * 0.4 = 0,8s

Explanation: FB cast time * My haste %= The amount of time my haste fastens my cast time.

2 seconds - 0,8s = 1.2s

Expl.: FB cast time - haste result = The final true cast time for Frostbolt.

6.Priority of the problem: 10

This really eats a mage up :/

7. I assume this is server wide problem, since resetting my character did not help at all and my Warlock friend also told me that he had ran into same issues..

 

So please, somebody check this and then let me know, if my char is just messed up..

Wrong. Haste calculation:

Spell cast time / 1 + % haste

 

So, if you have 40.91% haste, cast time should be:

2 sec / 1.4091 = 1.419 sec.
