At login it is reduced, after you enter BG it still works, but after end of battle ground it resets to 6 sec again. And this bugs directly in entering arena, not after arena. I have tried different ways like changing specialisations, from changing glifs and talents to going to BG with out any of them and still this bug remains. realm 100x,10x tested Priority 7/10

Did you tried fixing char?
