First of all, thank you for your attention and forgive my English.

To the point, I wonder if there is a way to "translate" the WoW MoP for the Portuguese, if possible where and how?

You can change language in game client:

English game client: http://s01.geekpic.net/di-5QIIAP.png

Russian game client: http://s01.geekpic.net/di-E472PJ.png

Click on "System" ("Настройки"), "Language" ("Язык") and choose.
