Object bug profession

I got this item [ http://db.pandawow.me?item=94721 ] is for blacksmithing profession as one year ago and at that time I did not know it was bug and the object disappeared from my inventory blacksmith , now I wanted to get back and I do not give it therefore I my incomplete blacksmithing . There is something you can do to fix that?
