THe talent basically give pallies fear in pvp on 15sec CD but it has cast time.

 

I see it often in 2s usually by hpallies. but is it also good for ret pallies?

 

I've used it once in BG. It's actually good cc for pallies when you're not focused but it's really bad when you're being focused by rogues or warriors you can't put out a cast at all with all those interrupts.

 

My partner is usually a rogue or mage and often, they get focused first and I only have 1 sec cast with all the haste so maybe it's good for ret??
