Blood Fury (Hunter)

It's meant to give the user 4.5k attack power, it doesn't do that however, and gives hunters a negligible amount, I tested it on all 3 specs.

It works perfectly fine on other orcish characters, such as a monk or warrior, this is a hunter specific issue it seems.

7/10 This is affecting my overall damage as a hunter, and it makes rolling an orc hunter a poor choice.
