Seller of crane monts is bugged. (PANDAWOW X100)

The seller of this mounts is not where it has supose to be. He is in the ruined parts of mogu'shan palace and u can't interact with him. Im exalted with golden lottus but anyway I cant do nothing. This only happens in PandaWow x100 (I ddint try it in x10, but I tried in PandaWow for fun, and the npc is where he has soposed to be.)

Pls try to fix this, I 'll be very gratefull.

The mounts are sold at the bottom part of the Shrine area of alliance/horde. That npc and majority of the npcs at that place can't be talked to.
