BG queue time question

I'd like to know which is the estimated time to join a bg since queued in both, horde and alliance

horde=0-5 sec always

ally= 3-10min at night/before night and 30min at all other times

I did the same thing on the fun server i wanted to play a lot bgs with spriest and bdruid at the end i end up struggling to find a healer for 3s.
