10. Okay, so basically i was doing premades with friends, and suddenly i have to go. When i come back, i proceed to log onto my account, and suddenly i see that my Warlock (Zaw), my main, is gone. I check the store, and apparently someone (or some sort of malware) deleted my character. I looked for help, but saw that in order to recover my character, i will need to pay 200 bonuses, which i declined to do since it's not my fault that my character is gone. I have NEVER shared my details with anyone, and i have no idea who could possibly have done this, since i don't really have people i dislike or hate on this server.
