Tushui Reputation

hi, i am not getting any reputation whatsoever with the Tushui Pandaren

 

i tried the fishing dailies, i got rep for all factions, but Tushui and Gilneas. Also tried to get their tabard and do dungeons, same result, rep are not moving at all.

 

please fix at least the tabard of tushui pandaren so that it is possible to become exalted with them.
