topg Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 I got the Decoder Ring from Dragon Soul the other day and took it to the ethereal guy in Stormwind, paid the 10k gold, but it hasnt decoded. Are the Legendary daggers possible to obtain in-game or are they bugged?
