Those daily quests are bugged in Darkmoon Fair on all realms:

I remember back then on x100 there were more quests to do, I don't know where are they now (fixed/bugged/removed).

 

After fishing all quests on Darkmoon Fair now, the reputation is stuck at 11035/21000, which mean you will not be Exalted.

The blacksmith quest is missing, and the cooking quest is bugged.
