Tushui Pandaren

I am honored with Tushui Pandaren, and i dont know how i get that, since the thing with tabard and doungeons doesnt work, so i wanted to ask, if someone knows how to get that reputation without tabard? Is there any quests for it?

i only cared about mounts of the tushui. so what i did was get a panda on x100 leveled him to lv 40, then i bought all turtles. mounts on x100 and x10 are account wide. you can do the same if this is ur purpose

I actually wanted Pamdarian Ambassador Achievement, also for the mount. :D

i got rep for tushui pandaren from doing all the celestial coins quests

Celestian coins quest? On timeless isle at Master yi, there is a qeust that requires scenario, Celestial Tournament, and its not working. Where did u find more quests for celestial coins? As i know this is the only one.
