Cannot stream archived data

Hello.First of all, im sorry, because i dont know where should i post this. Im confused of this forum. Anyway.

 

I have problem. I played here for 1year and then i quit playin this game. And im back after 4-7months.

I downloaded game.

 

1) I started the game (everything was in russian language)

2) I accepted that rules

3) I tried change config.wtf from russian to english

4) I started game and i had error "Cannot stream archived data"

 

I tried delete that files, replace with 5.4.8 Settings, and nothin work still in Russian language and whenever i tried put there english config i get error .___. cannot stream.....

 

I tried everything.
