Spell: Temporal Shield

 

Issue: It's not healing the damage you take for 4 seconds. It heals for far less. I think it's not being affected with PvP power, not sure tho, haven't tested it. Just know its healing is too low.

 

What should happen: Should heal the exact amount of damage you take over 4 seconds

 

Priority: Mages always used this in 3s, so 8/10

 

realm: x100/fun/x10

 

I reposted this cause the 2 other reports were kinda unclear. They weren't sure if it was bugged or not, so i just made a new report to sum it all up.

Temporal Shield
3% of base mana
25 sec cooldown
Envelops you in a temporal shield for 4 sec, reducing all damage taken by 15%. 100% of the damage taken while shielded will be healed back over 6 sec. This spell is usable while stunned, frozen, incapacitated, feared or asleep, and is not on the global cooldown.
