Cant log into the Game! :o

Hey :) I cant log into the game , im from Germany. Like 1 hour ago the server message said , that the server will be restartet. Now i wanted to login but i cant ? After the login screen i see the 3 servers. I chose one and it takes a long time , then the game says unable to connect. Is the restart already done ? Because the website says , that people are actually online.
