This quest doesn't work because there is no event to complete the quest, or npc/objective to kill to get the credit for the quest. 3. You need to watch the Lorekeeper Vaeldrin (http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=58745/lorekeeper-vaeldrin) to perform a ritual, so after that it would complete the quest.
