Unable to log in to game: Cannot stream required archive data.

Hello, I am having an issue with the game client. I downloaded the required files from the "How to start play" page, but when I download the English config.wtf and turn the game's language to English, I receive issues.

 

When I attempt to start the game client I receive an error claiming I cannot stream required archive data in regards to my files. The path it claimed I had issues with was PandaWoW 5.4.8 > Data > enGB > wow-update-enGB-17325.mpq

After deleting that file I also noticed I received issues with other various wow-update-enGB-XXXXX.mpq files. I have attempted re-downloading and even downloading the versions sent from my friends. I ran the game fine on Windows 7 but recently have updated to Windows 8. [My friend has run the english version on his Windows 8]

I have resolved this issue. For those that might have the same problem I did, it had turned out that my entire folder was marked as "Read Only" so I had to remove the read only status from the folder and its subfolders and other data.
