Unable to connect: Cannot stream required data/English config doesn't work.

I downloaded the uTorrent version of 5.4.8 Panda WoW and everything works, except the fact that every time I try to get the english config to work, it just says that it cannot set the locale, so I do the "Read Only" as suggested and it didn't help either. So I then downloaded the startup one and it did the exact same thing. I truly have no idea what to do.

Go to your Data folder and then there should be 2 more folder inside of Data, Cache and another one named example as for enUS, that's mine. It could also say enGB or smth else. Go to your WTF file then open config as noteblok or smth.. Just so u can write there. Then add SET locale "enUS"

SET installLocale "enUS"

Depends what file u use as enUS or enGB.. If that doesn't work, something else might be wrong.
