Tell me stats for max burst, not for best support, or best DPS, but best for burst only damage.

Принцесса всeго Зла I can show you , If you are playing on x100. My in-game name is same as here. There are 2 different types of "Burst" you can mail / whisper me in-game if you want. + i can show you the rotation ^^

 

But the main stats are Crit and Intel. Crit for more procs from starsurge (Which don't happen after every crit from moon/sunfire on pandawow for some reason) and Intel for damage. If you wish you can add Mastery to the mix for DoT damage.

If you ask me it's better to go for mastery after intellect if you are looking for burst dmg. Crit is more for sustain dmg to get more starsurge procs but when you are bursting people die in seconds there is no time to wait for procs.
