[Suggestion] Finish Sets on the Item Shop

[Intention]

Many sets have been left un-finished, such as Ruthless/Vicious for Rogue, there are boots for Vicious, but not a belt. For Ruthless, it's just the 5 set. But for Druid Vicious, it's the full 8 piece. I'm sure it's the same with many other classes PvP Sets. I'd love to see them finished, thanks.

I don't think there's an elite belt for vicious/ruthless/cataclysmic gear, though I do agree some sets are unfinished.
