Frostshotz Posted July 10, 2015 Share Posted July 10, 2015 So i see so many healers are complaining that the proc isnt working, in fact, it is. In order for it to proc you HAVE to be in combat AND heal a target that is not at 100% health. The proc rate is 0.58 so on average it will take around 2 minutes for it to proc.
