Quest "The Vile Hold" not working but they wrote that they fixed it

Hi. Quest is called "The Vile Hold".

Its not working.

Icy Lookout and Runeworks get auto explored.

But other 2 don't.(Altar of Sacrifice and Blood Forge)

I also tried doing it manually by flying there and exploring those two spots myself but it didnt work.

Please fix this.

 

Here they said that they fixed it but its not fixed.
