Transmog bug without hack illegal on this server?

Yes, there is a way to do the transmog bug (turn your staff into a sword etc.) without any hack or cheat engine. Just with this little macro. Here's a video that shows it:

 

Now, i wonder if it still is bannable, when it's just an ingame minor bug which does not give me any advantage at all against players.
