10: So, I didnt play for few weeks, was good weather etc, i tryd to log in, and just saw my password dont works, but i know it should be right, so i got to my email, and resetet it, then i saw my chars, that i bought are gone.

I have a question. what do you mean by "I got the account back with my email". Does that mean your password was changed? The only way if he could've changed your password was if he had access to your email and if he did how come he just didn't switch your email to his email on your account?

Email was same password then the account, but he didnt change the password from the email.

 

And, do i get a answer from a gm soon or something, i wanna play again.
