Healing Stream Totem maybe is Affected by Resilience?

Im on my lock, and it should take 3 fel flames to kill healing stream, as was always the case on retail s15.

But it takes 5/6 fel flames.... that's stupid, should only be 3.

Priority is low, since:

needs to be fixed first.

Then windfury weapon, and then healing stream being affected by resilience,

and finally greater fire elemental totem.

So to clarify in list of priorities:

Glyph of healing stream fix > Windfury Weapon proc fix > Healing Stream having resilience fix > Greater Fire Ele fix

That is my list of priorities. Cheers.
