forgotten account/ char missing

Hey their im just writing to you about my character "KUNGENS" human warrior a few months back i created him on a new account I think and i worked very hard irl to buy bonuses and get the cm gear but due to work i had to quit for few months and ive come back and i forgotten my account info and when i searched him up on the view characters i seen he has full pridefull with 2-4 greiv pices but when i left him he only had greens n the tmog and i really want him back im sure the username were kungen4lyfe and SP was missy i think please help me recover him.
